1. Sales / Pre-sales

1.1 Automated system
If you are looking for a product or service on the website and know what your after then you can go ahead and purchase it on-line. There is an online live chat feature where you can chat to one of our sales representatives to anser anything you are unsure about.
1.2 Telephone queries
In some cases however it is more appropriate to talk to someone especially if you are unsure if the solution will fit your requirements, in which case you may use the contact number on the top right of the page and you will be connected to our sales consultants.
Our sales consultants will be able to answer all your questions and suggest the best solution.
1.3 Email enquiries
If you have a general question and do not require an immediate answer then you can click here and submit your query via the sales link. Please provide as much information as possible so we can give a detailed response.
One of our representatives will respond to your query within 2 working days.
2. Support
For all technical support enquiries.
2.1 Create support ticket
If the internet connection is not down please use the support ticket system to log a support request by clicking here and selecting support. Please provide as much detailed information as possible as this will help us identify and resolve the issue quicker.
2.2 Call the support desk
When your internet connection is down or your computer is not accessible please use the number at the top of this page, and select option 2 for support. You will be connected with one of our technicians who will log the support call and proceed to resolving the issue or schedule a time to visit you.
3. Accounts / Billing
All client and supplier accounts and billing enquiries including online.
3.1 Create support ticket
To ensure that we are able to resolve your billing enquiry most efficiently please use the billing support system to log a request. You can log a request my clicking here and selecting Accounts & Billing. Please provide as much information as possible so our accounts department can resolve your query as quickly as possible.
3.2 Call the accounts department
If you feel that your enquiry via the accounts and billing support system has not been answered or that your enquiry is of a very urgent nature then please contact us on the number at the top of this page. You will be connected to someone in our accounts team.
4. Complaints
All complaint submissions to management.
4.1 Feedback form
If you would like to make a complain about our product or services then please use the feedback link on the right. We would like to kindly request that you provide all the information possible that would help us in our enquiries.
4.2 In writing by post
If after completing the feedback form you do not get a timely response or you would like to write in then please use the address on the contact us page using the link on the right and make the letter FAO: Management. Your letter will be received by management who will look into the issue.
