It is the responsibility of the stakeholder within the organisations to ensure that risks are looked at carefully and appropriate planning is done to ensure that the risks are mitigated in some way
WHAT ARE THE RISKS?
Within an organisation risks can be put into two categories that require planning in advance:
- Operational risks – Who, what and when? Securing your resources so there’s no unauthorised access.
- Disaster risk – Planning for a disaster and ensuring that there is business continuity planning
